Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package or VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program, please reach out to us at goose@100xhospitality.com immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

OUR VIP EXPERIENCES

How do I place my order?

All Goose VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets for the September show dates will go on sale on Wednesday, April 3rd at 10AM local venue time. After you click on your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order. 

All VIP Experiences for June show dates are on sale now!

Do the VIP Experiences have an age restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the VIP Experiences?

Yes! Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or a GA Pit/Floor ticket depending on the venue.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them, but include Floor or Pit access in some venues. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue, which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue. 

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

VIP purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

When will I receive information about check-in for the Goose VIP Experiences?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive my merchandise included in my VIP Experience?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Goose VIP Experiences?

Goose VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking and details.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy and details.

Is there a VIP ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a four (4) ticket purchase limit.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Goose VIP Experience?

All 100x Goose VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

How do I place my order?

All Goose Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages for Saratoga Springs, NY in September will go on sale on Wednesday, April 3rd at 10AM local venue time. After you click on your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, to make and finalize your order. 

All other available Travel Packages are on sale now!

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price per person, not including taxes & fees. 

For Summer Tour Dates, please note – if you purchased a Travel Package before Friday, March 15th, the price you paid at checkout is only 60% of the total package cost plus taxes & fees (see payment plan below).

For Saratoga Springs, NY packages, please note – if you purchase a Travel Package for before Friday, May 3rd, the price you pay at checkout is only 60% of the total package cost plus taxes & fees (see payment plan below).

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do the Goose Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for Goose Travel Packages?

For Summer Tour Dates: If you purchased before March 15th, an initial 60% was charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment was automatically charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, March 15th, 2024. If you purchase after March 15th, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This was an automatic payment plan if you purchased before March 15th, 2024, meaning you were on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

For Saratoga Springs, NY: Yes, there is a payment plan for Travel Packages! If you purchase after May 3rd, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase a Saratoga Springs, NY Package prior to Friday, May 3rd, 2024 and are on the automatic payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the May 3rd, 2024 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.

All other Travel Packages for the Summer tour have been paid in full following the March 15th, 2024 2nd payment due date.

Do the Goose Travel Packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the show(s) for that particular market (exact dates listed on the Travel Packages page). Depending on the package you select, you will either have the option of Premium Reserved, GA Floor/ Pit, Lawn or VIP tickets.

How will I know where my seats will be at the venue?

Your seats will either be Premium Reserved, GA Floor/Pit or Lawn. When purchasing a Travel Package with reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and shown in your confirmation email.

Will my seats be the same for all nights included in the Travel Package?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my tickets included in the Goose Travel Package?

All tickets for Goose will be digital are digital and delivery methods vary depending on the venue. More information surrounding ticket delivery will be shared in the weeks leading up to the show. 

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

If your Travel Package includes roundtrip transportation, more information and details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email to the purchaser closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at goose@100xhospitality.com and we will do what we can to help.

HOTEL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable here. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary here, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue here.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at goose@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email one (1) month prior to your check-in date. 

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at goose@100xhospitality.com and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us one month prior to your check-in date, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation (when applicable), merchandise and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at goose@100xhospitality.com. All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.
